HR Administration Manager

The Human Technopole Foundation is looking for an HR Administration Manager.

 

The role, reporting to the HR Head, is responsible for the management and supervision of all HR operations and personnel administrative tasks to deliver efficient and accurate HR administration processes, ensuring that quality service is provided in line with the policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

 

S(he) will have the following main responsibilities:

  • Managing the external payroll contractor in compliance with social security, tax and the National Collective Labour Contract regulations

  • Ensuring the correct establishment, transformation and termination of the employment relationship in compliance with the contractual provisions and company procedures

  • Managing the Time & Attendance system (Zucchetti software)

  • Collaborating in the definition and the implementation of all compensation processes, including benefits, insurances, category funds and welfare

  • Preparing the Budget cost and all reports related to last estimates and personnel costs control

  • Overseeing staff communications by acting as a focal point on issues relating to the application of contractual provisions; delivering also internal training about HR administrative and contractual topics.

  • Ensuring maintenance of technical knowledge and active role when looking at legislative changes and trends to assess and impact future strategy

  • Defining end-to-end processes and internal policies and programs with a continuous improvement approach

  • Coordinating effective and timely flow of key information to all relevant providers and internal functions, like Finance and

  • Preparing analytics and distributing standard and ad hoc HR reports

  • Supporting the event management in the employee's lifecycle, with a focus on new hire onboarding processes

  • Managing the employees queries related to a wide range of HR administration processes

  • Acting as matter expert for all HR projects

 

 

Requirements:

  • +5 years of experience in a managerial role gained in a structured organization in the payroll and all administration areas

  • Deep knowledge of the CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico and Dirgenti Industria, of the related category Funds and as well of the labour regulations

  • Knowledge of SAP by Design and Zucchetti

  • Experience in business process design and optimization

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and to work independently

  • Strong proactivity, self-motivation and ability to work in an evolving context by identifying innovative ways of working

  • Attention and respect of deadlines and precision in details

  • Communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to support the Line Managers and Employees in all administrative issues

  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with a strong respect for diversity.

  • Knowledge of fiscal and social security aspect for inpatriates international mobility (Italian and foreign employees) will be considered a plus
